I focus on you

What are you trying to accomplish? What feels stiff, tense, or limited?

Through both Massage and Functional Alignment (remote or in person), I work to address your movement quality and muscle balance and help get you back to feeling good about how you move.

I build care that fits your unique experience, interests, and goals.

Come as you are. Massage and Functional Alignment can support all bodies and ages — so you can move through your day with more ease.

I work with everybody

I’m passionate about applying my education and techniques to a variety of concerns with a diverse clientele. In fact, I’m always studying new research and methods for my clients.

I’ve worked with farmers and dancers, skiers and parents, boxers and seniors (to name a few!) with anything from lower back tension relief to shoulder strengthening and stability.

What clients are saying…

“Caroline was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and possesses a tremendous amount of knowledge of the musculoskeletal system. She will help you heal from injury and stay healthy. I can’t wait to return for more!”

Stephanie M.

“As someone who has struggled with shoulder pain for 15 years, the exercises Caroline taught me have helped more than three rounds of physical therapy and steroid shots. Caroline has an eye for biomechanical details and knows how to help you help yourself!”

Drew Cramer

“Caroline's experience and training is apparent in the first five minutes with her and it's obvious she partakes in continuing education. She is very attentive and thoughtful in her approach.

Her massage skills help me to feel better, not only the day of an appointment, but long after as well. Her massage pairs really well with her functional movement session.

Her massage is great at loosening and releasing consistent trigger points, and her functional alignment helps to fix the underlying problem.

She is a joy to work with and the atmosphere she has created is very relaxing. I highly recommend!”

  • Often, yes—when we address imbalances, pain can decrease. However, pain isn’t always caused by imbalance. If you’re currently in pain, please see your physician or physical therapist first to rule out injury. Once you’re cleared for massage and/or exercise, we can work toward getting you feeling your best.

  • Many clients notice changes after the first session. To keep and build results, consistency matters: plan on 3–5 short sessions per week using your home program. With solid follow-through, most people notice a meaningful shift within 4–6 weeks. We recommend 2–3 FA sessions during that timeframe.

  • FA focuses on restoring balance through assessment, release techniques, and targeted strength—aimed at improving movement quality. We do not diagnose or treat injuries. If you need injury diagnosis/treatment, please see a licensed physical therapist. We’re happy to coordinate care and provide referrals.

  • We do not bill insurance directly. HSA cards are accepted. If you have a prescription for massage, we can provide an itemized invoice you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement.
